Eliminan los Problemas en Sistemas de Combustión Diésel, además del Agua
Muchos filtros de combustible actuales no están diseñados para eliminar cantidades significativas de agua. Están diseñados para hacer su trabajo en un solo paso. Esto significa que deben ser lo suficientemente poroso para permitir que el volumen de flujo suficiente, lo que limita la capacidad de filtrado. Cualquier medio de comunicación más estrictas podrían resultar en cambios frecuentes de elementos.
El sistema DAHL se encarga de estas deficiencias. Bicamerales funcionales separadores de filtro de combustible diésel de 3 etapas / agua de DAHL proporcionan aspiración de separación de agua lateral eficiente y filtración de contaminantes. La clave es la única DAHL patentado cono aliviador de presión, que distribuye el flujo del combustible. Con más área fluya por encima, se logra una mayor separación de agua y la suciedad del combustible.
Separadores de filtro de combustible DAHL / agua tienen menos resistencia al flujo mecánico que otros separadores, porque la dirección del combustible cambia solamente dos veces. La unidad DAHL quita prácticamente el 100% del agua y la mayor parte de los contaminantes del combustible.
